§ 134-1. Swimming pool and spa code adopted; penalty.

(a)

The 2015 International Swimming Pool and Spa Code ^® , first printing May 2015, as published by the International Code Council, Inc., is hereby adopted by reference for regulating and governing swimming pools and spa systems in the City of Ladue; providing for the issuance of permits and collection of fees therefor; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of said swimming pool and spa code on file in the office of the city clerk are hereby referred to, adopted, and made a part hereof, including appendix A, as if fully set out in this chapter, with the additions, insertions, deletions and changes, if any, prescribed in section 134-2 of this chapter.

(b)

Anyone violating the provisions of said code in the city shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
