§ 94-114. Review of subdivision applications with reference to possible damage by flood to subdivision.

  • In addition to other requirements of these regulations, the building commissioner will review all subdivision applications, including small subdivisions, to determine if:

    (1)

    All such proposed developments are consistent with the need to minimize flood damage.

    (2)

    All public utilities and facilities are located and constructed to minimize or eliminate flood damage; such utilities and facilities to include sewer, gas, electrical and water systems.

    (3)

    Adequate drainage is provided so as not to increase the exposure to flood hazards.
