§ 94-114. Review of subdivision applications with reference to possible damage by flood to subdivision.
In addition to other requirements of these regulations, the building commissioner will review all subdivision applications, including small subdivisions, to determine if:
(1)
All such proposed developments are consistent with the need to minimize flood damage.
(2)
All public utilities and facilities are located and constructed to minimize or eliminate flood damage; such utilities and facilities to include sewer, gas, electrical and water systems.
(3)
Adequate drainage is provided so as not to increase the exposure to flood hazards.
