§ 90-69. Certain poles, wires, etc., declared obstructions.

All poles, wires, conduits, or other fixtures constructed, erected, or maintained contrary to and in violation of the provisions of this chapter or the ordinances of the city or of any permit shall be deemed an obstruction to and encroachment upon the public ROW.
