§ 90-3. House numbering.

(a)

House numbers to be used as the delivery and mailing address of any premises located in the city shall be fixed and determined by the United States Post Office Department, and the number so assigned to such premises shall be placed thereon as the street address of such premises.

(b)

No owner, tenant, or other occupant of any premises in the city shall use as a mailing or delivery address for any such premises either a number, street name, subdivision name, or other designation of premises located in the city, except the number and street name, or other designation fixed, determined, and assigned to such premises by the post office department.
