§ 70-11. General prohibitions.

(a)

No solicitor, canvasser or handbiller shall enter upon any private property without prior invitation where the resident has placed his/her name on the "no visit" list as provided in section 70-10.

(b)

No solicitor, canvasser or handbiller shall solicit, canvass or handbill from public or private right-of-way.
