§ 62-238. Placement of leaves, brush, etc., for disposal.
Latest version.
Any person intending to place leaves, brush, limbs or other similar vegetative material
on his property for pickup by the city shall place such materials on his own property
and, unless he has permission and consent of the adjoining owner, such materials shall
be placed no closer to his property line than ten feet or a distance amounting to
15 percent of their frontage, whichever is greater.
