§ 34-94. St. Louis County Explosives Code adopted; penalty.

(a)

The St. Louis County Explosives Code, as amended by the county through the date of the last amendatory ordinance, Ordinance No. 18693, as approved November 6, 1997, is hereby adopted as the explosives code of the city, as if fully set out herein.

(b)

Anyone violating the provisions of said explosives code in the city shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
