§ 26-20. Failure to appear.

Any person who willfully fails to appear in the city's municipal court in connection with a summons or notice issued to him/her to appear in the municipal court on a specified date shall be guilty of failure to appear. This section shall not apply to any "minor traffic violation", as defined by section 98-1 of the Ladue Municipal Code of Ordinances.
