§ 18-1. Abandonment of animals.

Any person having ownership, control, or possession of any animal subject to rabies, who shall abandon such animal anywhere in the city, or who shall cause, permit, or be responsible for any such abandoned animals coming into the city, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
